Hi, my name is Lacie, and I am currently in my third surrogacy journey. I have three lovely children of my own and have had two surrogate babies. For as long as I can remember, I wanted to be a mom. I was fortunate enough to be able to get pregnant easily and have relatively easy pregnancies. After completing my family, I wanted to share the joy of having children with those who struggled to be able to carry their children. Surrogacy has added a beautiful layer to my family’s life and allowed us to create lasting friendships. It has allowed my kids to partake in helping others in a big way. The process can go quickly or be a longer one, but I look forward to each step. It’s like opening a little gift at each milestone. Getting matched, medical clearance, transfer day, first heart beat all the way to being able to watch a beautiful baby held by their parents for the first time. It is truly a magical experience that I would encourage others to be apart of.
