1st Time Surrogate: $50,000 +
Proven Surrogate: $60,000+
Before Transfer
- $500 Legal Clearance
- $500 Medication Start Fee
- $2,000 Transfer Fee
Medical & Travel Expenses
- All Medical Expenses Paid
- Health Insurance(if needed)
- Surrogate pay can include travel expenses including but not limited to: parking, airfare, luggage fees, mileage reimbursement, transportation, parking fees, hotel and meals for surrogate plus 1 travel companion for embryo transfer and any subsequent appointments over 40 miles from GC’s home.
- Meal Reimbursement for the surrogate will be on a case by case basis and depending on travel needs.

Proven Surrogate: $55,000-$60,000
Screening Payments
- $100 Once We Receive All Medical Records
- $50 Upon Completion Of Home Visit
- $100 Upon Completion Of Screening Process & Being Ready To Match

- $1,000 Medication Start Fee
- $1,000 Transfer Fee
Travel Expenses
- All Medical Expenses Paid
- Health Insurance(if needed)
- Including but not limited to: parking, airfare, luggage fees, mileage reimbursement, transportation, parking fees, hotel and meals for surrogate plus 1 travel companion for embryo transfer and any subsequent appointments over 40 miles from GC’s home. Meal Reimbursement for the surrogate = $75 & $75 per day for companion.
